Sometimes I think, as Pastors, we can inadvertently get placed on the “perfect list”. Confession…
As most of the Jesus Followers at Crossover know, we are starting a new series beginning Sunday, August 14, 2011. I have entitled the series, “What in the world is going on?”, and it’s messages are focused on current world events, the bibles prophecy of these events, and their impacts on the people of the world both Christian and Secular.
My confession is that in studying the scriptures I am realizing how little I know! 2 Corinthians 12:9 is my inspiration for my preparation for this series. I do not want to preach the inerrant Word of God erroneously! I do not want to assume that I have attained an understanding entirely! I do not want to not be prepared for the opportunity of God!
